There are many reasons why people may seek individual therapy, though often people consider talking to a therapist when they encounter difficult and problematic experiences.
The therapist works with the individual through their presenting problem(s) in order to increase positive mindset, action, and feeling.
The therapeutic journey can enable the individual to learn new coping skills and to become more self-aware, which can lead to positive outcomes.
We are aware that some people may experience the difficulties listed above in combination with other problems, such as insomnia, and therefore our services extend to these individuals.
